Force Engineering LIMs power the adrenalin pumping MAD COBRA ride at Suzuka Japan.

Guests are catapulted from 0-60mph in just over 3 seconds. Huge bursts of electromagnetic energy propel the train to the maximum speed - sheer velocity completes the ride. Force LIMs dispense with time consuming, conventional 'chain-drag' hill.

During the two and a half minute ride, passengers are propelled along 2,700 feet of twisting, screwing track. Riding the Cobra involves four upside turns and hurtling through 30 vertical and 25 compound curves.

There were 5060 riders on the Cobra's opening day and the attraction received rave reviews.
